REVENUE MANAGEMENT
HTR's Revenue Management team works in hand in hand with the hotels to build and maintain individualized revenue streams that contribute to the revenue goals of the hotel. Monthly forecasts and weekly REVMAX meetings support the hotels' Business Plan strategies.
This department analyzes market demand, historical trends and competitive pricing to predict and maximize revenue potential and measure success by growing market share year-over-year and exceeding RevPar goals. Consistency and flexibility allow the Revenue Maximization Department to anticipate and meet the needs of our external and internal customers without delay.
PURCHASING
We are constantly negotiating purchasing agreements with all vendors in the hospitality industry. At HTR we strive to bring you the best prices on your everyday as well as the major purchases. Our goal is to provide the lowest cost to our hotels for every purchase, passing those savings on to you.
HUMAN RESOURCES
HTR and our affiliated hotels work hard to be the employer of choice in the hospitality industry. Our associates are among the best in the industry. This comes from their knowledge and commitment to excellence, and is augmented by our training and benefit programs. Our Corporate Human Resources Director assists in the recruitment and selection of key management positions, and supports the recruitment efforts of the hotels through the administration of employment advertising, selection tests, etc. We also provide complete payroll services for each hotel and associate.
